The Marina Bay street circuit runs through the Downtown Core, so hotels in Marina Bay, Raffles Place and the Esplanade area put you within walking distance of the track and the fan zones — no need to plan around road closures to get to your room. This is also the most competitive area to book, since it's the first choice for most race-weekend visitors.

Race weekend brings extensive road closures around the circuit for setup, practice, qualifying and the race itself, which affects driving and even walking routes in the CBD for several days beforehand.
